User Agreement for SpeakAI

Welcome to SpeakAI: Your Personal Language Coach. By downloading, accessing, or using SpeakAI, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this User Agreement. Please read this agreement carefully before using our app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using SpeakAI, you agree to comply with and be bound by this User Agreement and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our app.

2. Use of the App

SpeakAI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to use the app for any unlawful or prohibited activities.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of SpeakAI, you may be required to create an account and provide personal information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Intellectual Property

All content and materials available on SpeakAI, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of SpeakAI or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. 5. User Content

By submitting any content, including but not limited to audio recordings, text, or feedback, to SpeakAI, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content in connection with the app.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the app or the servers or networks used to make the app available.

• Transmit any viruses, worms, defects, or other harmful code through the app.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the app or any other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the app.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates this User Agreement or is harmful to other users of the app, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

SpeakAI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, nor do we make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from the use of the app.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SpeakAI, its affiliates, licensors, or service providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the app.

10. Governing Law

This User Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SpeakAI operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to This User Agreement

We may update this User Agreement from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new User Agreement on this page. You are advised to review this User Agreement periodically for any changes.
